Course Description
Created by Larry E. Holtz, Esq., and presented by ESPOS staff, this one-day comprehensive seminar is designed to provide all law enforcement officials, and particularly patrol officers, traffic officers and supervisors, with an extraordinarily valuable comprehensive review and update of New Jersey’s Motor Vehicle and Traffic Laws (Title 39), motor-vehicle-related Attorney General Guidelines, and a comprehensive presentation of the case law governing motor vehicle stops.
 
This class provides a unique and refreshing approach to study the motor vehicle and traffic laws most used by law enforcement.
