September 13, 2019 - Posted by Ed Esposito
On Friday, September 13, 2019, the NJ Civil Service Commission (NJ CSC) sent an email to the applicants for the 2019 Law Enforcement Entry Exam (LEE), which advised the applicants that they were found eligible to take the examination. The examination is going to be administered on multiple dates and at multiple locations throughout the State.
The NJ CSC is allowing candidates to “self-select” an exam date and location, which will be on a first-come-first-serve basis. The exam will be administered at 8:00 am and 1:00 pm on the following dates:
According to the announcement, “the ‘self-select’ scheduling method will close on Sunday, September 22, 2019 at 11:45 pm.” Candidates who do not participate in this method of scheduling will automatically be assigned a test location from the remaining available locations.” All exam applicants that are eligible to take the exam will also receive a paper scheduling notice at the address they used to register for the exam. According to the NJ CSC, this is expected to “arrive by mail in mid-October.”
As a reminder, we are providing this information as a courtesy and any issues or questions regarding the scheduling or the NJ CSC email announcement to exam applicants should be directed to the NJ CSC’s Information Center at (609) 292-4144.
