The textbook study guides and breakdowns place emphasis on the most important functions performed by Sergeants, Lieutenants and Captains.
2C Manual and all legal topics on the exam
A New Jersey Title 2C manual and all legal topics appearing in this year’s orientation guide will be prepared and distributed to each participant during the training course. ESPOS Test Prep provides materials developed by our subject matter expert, Larry E. Holtz, Esq., the author of the New Jersey Law Enforcement Handbook, The materials will include details on new laws, updates to existing statutes and easy to understand explanations of all relevant statutes and cases. Our course also provides free legal updates and notifications until the examination is administered.
NJ Attorney General Guidelines
The New Jersey Attorney General Guidelines were a new addition to the Sheriff's promotional exam beginning in 2017. The New Jersey Attorney General Guidelines are provided in Volume 3 of the New Jersey Law Enforcement Handbook. Our course also provides additional relevant guidelines and directives, including necessary updates.
