Course participants will receive a review of all legal topics and statutes listed in the New Jersey Civil Service Commission’s Orientation Guide for the Sheriff’s Officer Promotional Title Series. Participants will also receive instruction on legal topics formulated by Larry E. Holtz, Esq. who has over 30 years of experience in the field of law enforcement, police training and the successful preparation of promotional candidates. The training will include details on new laws, updates to existing statutes, and explanations of all relevant statutes and cases.
